Nishantha Jayasinghe
Managing Director/ CEO
A graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University – UK, with an MBA in Marketing and currently pursuing a further MBM at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. Nishantha, following his passion for travel and tourism, has supplemented his knowledge and skills through Postgraduate Diplomas in Hospitality & Tourism and Professional Marketing awarded by the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH-UK) and the Charted Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) respectively. Nishantha has further received special training in MICE Professional Development. Additionally, he holds a Strategic Brand management Diploma from SLIM (Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing), which has proven to have fueled his entrepreneurial journey. A diligent entrepreneur with over 16 years of exposure to the travel and tourism industry, undertaking several engaging industry-related roles in Sri Lanka, gained extensive exposure in Travel Operations, Destination Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Supplier Negotiation, Strategy Formulation, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Identification, Human Resource Management, Cash Flow and Budget Management. Having fortified with the experience and insight gained over the tenure of this career, Nishantha, in an attempt to fill a void in the market by bringing unique experiences and memories to their travellers rather than creating tours, established Luxury Holidays Asia in early 2023, an entity dedicated to weaving unforgettable memories for their travellers.
Darshana Mahesh Ellewaththa

A graduate of the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Interactive Multimedia with over 12 years of industry-related exposure undertaking web designing, web developing and digital content fabrication is entrusted with expanding the digital footprint of the company to attract invaluable stakeholders that would empower us to deliver unique travel solutions to our clientele.
Rushani Soysa
General Manager (Quality Assurance and Stakeholder Management)
An alumna of the University of London with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management with accreditations in Tourism Economics and Hospitality Management, Marketing, Economics and Psychology, undertaking numerous engaging roles in Sri Lanka encompassing inbound tour operations, product development, advertising, marketing and business development brings 19 years of corporate exposure to the table. Rushani oversees the tour quality assurance and stakeholder management of the company to ensure unparallel experiences to our travellers.
Madushani Liyanarathne
General Manager (Contracting & Supplier Relationships)
Madushani, through her expansive association of over 14 years with the travel and tourism industry, has established business relationships with an array of accommodation providers across the world and an extensive network of tour agents, tour operators and local experts in the industry. She is at the forefront of forging new relationships across all our destinations in delivering tailored experiences to our travellers.
Tharika Perera
Manager (Travel)
Counting a decade of extensive engagement in the travel and tourism industry, thus gaining extensive exposure in catering to the MICE market, free independent travellers, group-inclusive and familiarisation tours for a multitude of markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, whilst gaining her formal qualifications in the disciplines of Marketing and Accounting through her gained accreditations from both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Association of Accounting Technicians – Sri Lanka. Tharika spearheads the travel department in creating uniquely different travel experiences for our travellers.
